Elevator issues were a major inconvenience!!! Ice machines and pool towels were lacking. A few maintenance concerns need attention, like the hot tub's cleanliness and the overall upkeep of facilities!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Sulphur Springs. The Queen Room featured clean facilities and comfortable beds The breakfast selection impressed me, aiding in the positive overall experience, despite the minor hiccup with the hot tub's cleanliness.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family. The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the hot tub was a nice touch. The staff was really helpful throughout our stay. A pleasant experience! 🍳

We had a fantastic time at the hotel while visiting the nearby outlet mall for some great shopping deals. The staff treated us like family, making our stay memorable, especially with the kids enjoying the delicious breakfast options every morning.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Mobility and Hearing Access was clean, and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast options were plentiful and included a variety of hot and cold items. The hot tub in the hotel was fantastic, but it had some mold on our last visit, which was off-putting. We had a few logistical issues during our stay. the ice machines on our floor were out of order, and it was inconvenient not to have pool towels available. Overall, despite a few hiccups, my family enjoyed our time at the hotel and appreciated the space in the room as well as the delicious breakfast each day.

During our 3-night family visit, we enjoyed a comfortable Queen Room. The breakfast selection impressed us, especially the variety of hot dishes. However, check amenities first, as some were out of order during our stay. The town of Sulphur Springs offers a charmed vibe.

Comfortable room with clean facilities. Front desk staff provided excellent service, especially Tresa. Breakfast quality varied. some options could be improved. Location had easy access to nearby restaurants.

I loved the tall ceilings and spacious layout of the lobby area, making it feel open and welcoming. The large shower in my room also provided easy accessibility, which is always a plus for someone like me.
