Clean lobby area, spacious room layout, accessible hot tub
Elevator issues were a major inconvenience!!! Ice machines and pool towels were lacking. A few maintenance concerns need attention, like the hot tub's cleanliness and the overall upkeep of facilities!!!

We had a fantastic time at the hotel while visiting the nearby outlet mall for some great shopping deals. The staff treated us like family, making our stay memorable, especially with the kids enjoying the delicious breakfast options every morning.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, Mobility and Hearing Access was clean, and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast options were plentiful and included a variety of hot and cold items. The hot tub in the hotel was fantastic, but it had some mold on our last visit, which was off-putting. We had a few logistical issues during our stay. the ice machines on our floor were out of order, and it was inconvenient not to have pool towels available. Overall, despite a few hiccups, my family enjoyed our time at the hotel and appreciated the space in the room as well as the delicious breakfast each day.

The spacious room with two queen beds was a perfect retreat for my family, and we truly appreciated the clean facilities. Breakfast provided a fantastic selection, featuring traditional options that everyone enjoyed, making mornings delightful. However, the lack of pool towels on our last day was an inconvenience, and more seating in common areas would enhance comfort, especially during busy times. A little more attention to the hot tub's upkeep would greatly improve the overall experience.
